How long will it take for my order to be made?

All orders have a processing time of 1-6 weeks. It all depends on how many orders are in the queue. Hand made goods take time but are oh so worth it! If you are desperate for a piece for a specific date, please don’t hesitate to send through an email, we may be able to fast track your order.

Is there any way I can fast track my order?

Our fabric order is placed every 2 weeks with the supplier who does our printing, so for any of our printed pieces (and depending on when your place your order in this cycle) it can take up to 4 weeks for us to receive your fabric! We do sometimes have a small amount of fabric on hand so if you would like something ASAP it never hurts to ask! Just send us an email letting us know which style you’re after and in which print and we will do our best to help you out! For any of our velvet styles we always have those fabrics in stock so the order processing time is much shorter. If you need any of those styles ASAP we can make them up within 1 week.

What size should I order? All styles available on the website can be made in size 6 – 22 (Australian standard sizing). You will find the garment measurements listed on each product page.
The styles in the Mellow Collection can be easily made to custom sizing free of charge! My order arrived but its not exactly what I was after, can I send it back for a refund? Ordering clothing online can be risky! They may not fit the way you wanted them to or they don’t look they way you expected.
Unfortunately, as each piece is made to order, returns are not accepted. Before placing your order, please double check all garment measurements. If you’re unsure about sizing please don’t hesitate to get in contact.
Refunds are accepted if your order arrived damaged or it did not arrive at all and this has been confirmed by Australia Post.

Its been 6 weeks and I still haven’t been given an order update!

You should receive an email with order updates immediately after your order has been placed, once production has commenced, once the order is completed and a final one with your shipping information. If you haven’t received any of these please check your junk folder.

I’m not a huge fan of polyester, but that is what a lot of your styles are made from, is there an alternative natural option?

As a small business with sustainability as one of our core values, it was a hard decision to use polyester in our range. The reality is with digitally printed fabric is that synthetic fibres hold the print better and we want to give our customers vibrant colours that last! So while some of the natural fabrics we use are suited to the digital printing process, we found that the some of our styles (particularly our stretchy knits) look better and last longer on polyester. But there is good news! Our wonderful fabric supplier also has a focus on sustainability and so the synthetic fabrics we use are made from recycled materials, including plastic bottle waste. How cool is that?!
