Do you ship internationally?
Of course! Regular international shipping charge is AUD $30 and express is $48. Regular international shipping can take anywhere from 2 - 4 weeks depending on your location. You can find full shipping information here.
How long will it take for my order to be made?
All orders have a processing time of 1-6 weeks. It all depends on how many orders are in the queue. Hand made goods take time but are oh so worth it! If you are desperate for a piece for a specific date, please don't hesitate to send through an email, we may be able to fast track your order.
How do I wash my Mellow Mellow goodies?
Your order will come with a little card with all the care instructions you'll need to keep your new MM goodies in tip top shape! If you've lost it or would like to know before placing your order, you can find all care instructions here.
I found something on your Instagram that I want to order but I cant find it on your website!
All printed styles can be found on the Mellow Collection page. The photos for each style only feature a select number of prints so even if you can't see they exact garment you had your heart set on it is still available to order!
Just select the print you want in the drop down menu under PRINT/COLOUR. You will find all print options here.
What size should I order?
All styles available on the website can be made in size 6 - 22 (Australian standard sizing). You will find the garment measurements listed on each product page.
The styles in the Mellow Collection can be easily made to custom sizing free of charge! If you would like to choose this option, select the size closest to your own, then add your measurements (in centimetres) to the notes section at check out. If you're stuck on how to take your measurements correctly you will find a handy guide here.
My order arrived but its not exactly what I was after, can I send it back for a refund?
Ordering clothing online can be risky! They may not fit the way you wanted them to or they don't look they way you expected.
Unfortunately, as each piece is made to order, returns are not accepted. Before placing your order, please double check all garment measurements. If you're unsure about sizing please don't hesitate to get in contact.
Refunds are accepted if your order arrived damaged or it did not arrive at all and this has been confirmed by Australia Post.
Its been 6 weeks and I still haven't been given an order update!
You should receive an email with order updates immediately after your order has been placed, once production has commenced, once the order is completed and a final one with your shipping information. If you haven't received any of these please check your junk folder.
