We totally understand that online shopping can be tricky sometimes, but as our pieces are made to order we cannot accept returns. We want you to have a love affair with your new Mellow Mellow pieces so please double check all garment measurements before purchase, if you're still unsure please contact us and we will be able to help you out.
We cannot issue refunds unless your order arrived damaged or it did not arrive at all and this is confirmed by Australia Post.
